Sisters

Back in the day it was not unusual to walk in to this gym and take a quick look around at a class and immediately notice 3 or 4 guys and gals that were most likely going to die if someone didn’t step in. Fast forward to today and I while I still notice people using less than perfect form, there are fewer of them.  Equally perhaps even more importantly, this sub-par movement has already been addressed by a coach or another member.  This attention to detail has no doubt saved many from an early demise. The transformation of this entire gym over the last 5 1/2 years has been nothing short of astounding. Details and honesty has made this place what it is and you the athletes you’ve become. Thanks for kicking ass and embracing the motto of CrossFit Green Bay, Good at Everything.
