TLC

Hang position: if it ain’t tight it ain’t right. Words to live by and maybe I can get Jake to put that on the next batch of CFGB shirts. Speaking of shirts they are in. We need to get them organized and deliver all the pre-orders first. After that they are up for grabs and they are pretty kick ass. Thank you to Jake for the design and T for delivering them. 
I’ll be out of the state for the next couple weeks doing America stuff so keep up the hard work while I’m away. We are going to do a little Smolov Jr. starting Monday so I expect to see some quality squats when I get back. Please make sure to use your current 1RM Back Squat for your percentages.
