Good Time

This coming Monday CrossFit Green Bay and 4th H.O.O.A.H WI proudly bring to you the first annual Donut Mile. Cost is 30 bucks and it includes the donuts and a pretty sweet t-shirt. All proceeds go back to the 4th H.O.O.A.H. and that means all proceeds go to our vets. I am very proud to know the President and Vice President of the organization as they are both current members of the Wisconsin National Guard and great friends of mine. Let’s show our support for this great crew and for the man who does more for us than we will ever realize, Christian. Christian took it upon himself to organize this great alternative to our bi-annual beer mile as well as a great way to raise some cash for our men and women serving our country. Doors open at 7:40am and heats will start every 20 minutes with the last heat kicking off at 11:40 am. Everyone is welcome.
