Drowzee

We have 3 pallets of new equipment coming to the gym Tuesday afternoon. 
Some of it is for exclusive use at Weightlifting meets only, not for everyday WODs and training. 
There may be a little bit of a mess for a couple days until we get everything set up and organized so please bear with us!

1.) 5 x 3 Deadlift @ 75% Every 2 minutes
Complete 20 Push-ups between each set
2.) Run 1 mile for time
Then:
5 rounds
10 KB Swings 2/1.5 pood
10 Burpees
3.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow
Rock/Superman
