Meh - I'm sure I'll fly too close to the sun and come to a crashing halt..I'm always one "Hold my beer and watch this" situation away from injuring myself.

Rope climbs, Double Unders, Snatchs, Cleans, Pull Ups, C2B...never box jumps though..I do those like a boss.
I'm one had snatch session away from a traumatic brain injury. I should've been faster today, but I'm pretty lazy.
