Miraculous 7

Lurong begins next Monday. You should do it. Everyone should including myself. Why should you do it you ask?!? I honestly think you all look really good physically, I really do. It’s quite impressive actually but I hear from so many people that their diets have been very secondary as of these past couple months. We, including myself once again need a refresher course on how good it feels to eat well. It feels really good and then with the cleaned up eating comes better sleeping patterns, more focus in our daily lives and in the gym, and just overall a better more productive you. Really a great reason to sign up if you ask me. Annnnnnnd as a bonus any fat you may be carrying around wil get a crash course in getting lost! 1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 1 Mid Hang Snatch with 5 second
hold in the hole 2 Overhead Squats
note: hang snatch to be pulled from no lower than mid thigh. add load each round
