Popper

2017 Ice Bowl is almost here!!!! We can use all the help we can get to set up. Show up any time after 1:30pm if you’re able to lend a hand. Volunteer meeting tonight at 5pm. It shouldn’t run much over an hour. Last class will be 4:15pm and will resume normal schedule Sunday.

1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 3 Deadlift, add load each round
2.) Popper
14 minute AMRAP
With 40/25lb Dumbbells 
20m Walking Lunge 
30 Box Step ups 24/20″
20m Dumbbell Overhead Walk
Note: Dumbbells can be set on ground in between movements but if set down
during a set, you must start over at zero for that movement.
*3.) 100 Medball V-ups 20/14
