Crystal Balls

Great job everyone on 17.1 redo. All afternoon I received lots of text messages from you all alerting me to your domination of the workout on your second go at it. Just goes to show you that no matter how bad you think something is if you don’t give up you can always improve on previous efforts. Positive thoughts will always trump negativity. On another note thank you to the crew that hung drywall this past Saturday at the Habitat for Humanity project. The fact that you gave your Saturday up to help someone you’ve never even met shows me that this gym is filled with people that I am proud to call friends. I want to wish Pauly and Laura a happy honeymoon in Hawaii and don’t forget if you find a kick ass CF shirt that’s black pick it up for me:) A note on today’s workout the Clean & Jerk is a session 1RM which means it may not be a lifetime PR which means only pick up what feels right and not what you assume you should do.
