Good evening everyone,
Hey real quick I’m all for setting PRs and such but if you do a whole bunch of stuff and then more stuff and then attempt a PR make sure it’s worth it. If I see you actively trying to die during open gym it’s not gonna work for me. Please use your noggins and if you feel like setting a PR during open gym please grab one of coaches. And by please I mean get a coach prior.
