AMANDA .45

Sometime we lose motivation and working out becomes a large part of your overall mood. Generally it’s a bad mood. Now that’s a bummer when this happens but it does and you gotta learn to just deal with it because if there’s one habit that’s worth not losing it’s that CrossFit habit. Show up and just enjoy the fact that you’re not sitting on a couch eating bagels and king size snickers. Smile and remember if it’s not fun, tough, do it anyways your abs and overall health thanks you.

Why is it called Amanda .45? I thought it was just called Amanda? This really threw me off my game this morning...
