TEAM "BADGER"

Last day to order CFGB”Green & Gold”  apparel. Men’s Tees, Women’s tees & tanks, and Unisex Sweatshirts. Order will be printed and ready in two weeks. 
21 Day Challenge begins this Friday and it’s going to be a great chance to interact daily with people going through the same struggles as you. I forgot to post the winners from last month, so here it is! Holly once again is atop of the podium and is looking very close to how she looked when she got back from Iraq in the early 2000’s. Our second place finisher is a pleasant surprise for me Yvonne Otero. Yvonne is a morning regular usually and I’ve gotten the opportunity to get to know her quite well over these past few years and much to her delight we get to see each other almost 3 times a week nowadays! I as well as the rest of the coaches and members of CFGB are very proud of you two! Congrats to everyone that participated. Sign up board is on the front table.

1.) TEAM “BADGER”
Team of 3
9 rounds for time:
95/65-lb. squat cleans, 30 reps (10 reps each)
30 pull-ups (10 reps each)
Run 800 meters (200m increments) 
note: one person will run 2 segments each round so rotate accordingly. do not start a next movement until all athletes are done with the last.
*2.) Front Squat every 2 minutes for 12 minutes with a rep scheme of 5-3-3-2-1-1
note: add load each round and start @ approx. 70% and feel free to PR
*3.) Accumulate 5 minute of mountain climbers with a partner. One rests one works
