Till the End

Saturday was a great day at CFGB. Pretty awesome to walk in to classes overflowing with weight being slung in every direction. Snatches, Clean & Jerks and a few other things thrown in every where to be seen. So just saying it was really cool.
Today Mike Luberda will be hosting a SPEAR Self Defense class from 12pm- 2pm. This is free to our specialty class holders and $20 fee for non specialty class members. I will be there so if any of you would like the chance to beat me up a little bit be sure to show up to this resourceful class.
This morning the Ashwaubenon Pool is reserved from 10-11:30am this Sunday. Deck is open to all! Steve Kaster will be on hand to make you swim better and better is how you want to swim!

12 three minute rounds with 1 minute rest in between 
rounds 1, 4, 7, 10: 100 Double Unders
rounds 2, 5, 8, 11: 750/600m Row
rounds 3, 6, 9, 12: 600m Run alternate with 30/27 cal Assault Bike
note: get the task done as efficiently as possible fast but not dumb fast

Swimming 2000m total
30 sec 50m 8:34 for the 500m Good to know I still have some of the skills from my swimming days. Incidentally can still go the whole length of the pool underwater and half back, But that's just for fun
