HEAVY 17.5

Past couple days and for the next few days we will be continuing our games workouts. Watching you all since Monday I can say with great confidence that you are a little beat up. Now imagine doing 3 of these workouts every day for 4 days! Make sure you are all taking care of yourselves and it’ll all be over soon:)
Tonight at 6:15 pm Eric Wallace is here to poke and prod me for your enjoyment as well as demonstrate how Dry Needling may be something that can right some of your wrongs. 6:15pm is cancelled.

Time cap: 12 minutes
*2.) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes 1 Deadlift 
Note: spend a fair amount of time working up to first set. It should be not funny heavy for each rep.
