5 rounds: 10 DB burpee DL (70#), 10 DB lunges (40#), 6 🔫 squatz. 5x5 FS (155#). 4 rounds: 30 DB sit-ups , 30 hollow rocks, 60 sec plank, 15 sec L-hang (broken up into 3 sets of 5 sec but that’s still progress!)
