Skill/Strength:

25 Air Squats
15 Unbroken Deadlifts at 35%
-Focus on full range of motion on the squats. Hip crease below the knee and stand up tall at the top!

Metcon:

5 Hang Power Snatches 115/85lbs
10 Hang Power Cleans 115/85lbs
3 Ring Muscle Ups OR 3 Wall Walks (both are Rx, and you can switch between them as desired)

Mandatory Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
3 min hamstring smash per side
