Dubb Trubb

Here is some info for the 2016 Ice Bowl presented by CrossFit Green Bay and Aurora BayCare.
Rx Workouts will include the following:
WOD 1 will include: see video
WOD 2 will include: deadlift 225/155lb & box overs 24/20″
WOD 3 will include: G2OH up to 205/135lb, row and MU’s 

Scaled WODs will be a mirror of Rx with weight at roughly 75% of Rx and gymnastics will be modified.
Masters WOD’s will be roughly 70%, but gymnastics other than Muscle Ups will remain technical.
Double Unders will be a standard in all divisions except Scaled. 

We will have a few surprises as far as movements for scaled and masters but rest assured they will not cause anyone to not finish the workouts, think of them as more of extra credit.

You have until Thursday at 11:59pm to register for the competition. We have ordered extra shirts so we should have your size for the most part of late registrants.
