Sleazy

Please join us for our weekly free community workout. It’s a great opportunity for you to get a workout as well as a chance to check out this awesome little gym of ours!
Tonight we will be having our CFGB coaches Christmas dinner. Afterwards we are going to head over to Hagermeister Park and would like to invite you all to join us. Come and have a few beverages and enjoy the company of eachother  outside of the box. We should be getting there around 8pm.
