"Only???" Nate you chewed up and spit out 6 rds + all the first set of lunges...did you make it to burpees, I don't recall? My grey matter is a bit fried too! Very nice meeting you today!!!

I want that puppy of yours!!!!! Tom had him today and he is such a wonderful little pup!!! Sam I think was getting irritated by his playfulness
And the tip is to put weights underneath the bar so that if you raise your arm up your fingertips touch the bar that way you don't have to jump as high and waste energy through such a long workout. It works great
