Open Workout 16.1

Open Workout 16.1 all day today. Let’s have some fun with this today. Team workouts will discontinue for the next five weeks as we will be hosting the Open Workouts at 12pm every Sunday. If you haven’t signed up yet for the Open you really should. For 5 weeks you get to compete against members of the gym and the world. You also get in on the camaraderie of every other person fighting through the pain to get 1 more rep before the time expires. This is a truly amazing experience that every one of you would benefit from. 
On another note I need you to get signed up for the CP Telethon. I’m asking 48 of you to put a little sweat on the floor for 9 minutes to raise money for the CP Center. A note from the center:
“Your support of the Telethon brings hope and touches the lives of each child and adult who comes through the CP Center doors. Thanks to you and our generous community, CP has been able to provide quality, caring services to local Northeast Wisconsin children and adults with a variety of conditions, including mobility, communication, fine and gross motor development, sensory integration and many others for 60 years.” 
I’m working on getting a special guest Judge…. I’ll let you all know when it’s confirmed!

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. overhead walking lunge
8 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 95 lb.
Women lunge 65 lb.
Scaled

25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 burpees
25-ft. front rack walking lunge
8 jumping chin-over-bar pull-ups

Men lunge 45 lb.
Women lunge 35 lb.
Masters

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
25-ft. overhead walking lunge

And the tip is to put weights underneath the bar so that if you raise your arm up your fingertips touch the bar that way you don't have to jump as high and waste energy through such a long workout. It works great
