Cooler

Join us this morning at 8:15am for our weekly community workout. It’s free and it’s open to everyone and that includes you. 
Sunday we will be hosting a benefit team WOD for Todd Rocheleau’s mother. It will be at noon and Tom has a good one lined up for the occasion. 
We have many new faces coming in to the gym almost every other day even without the help of Google! We are however, still working with Google to get CFGB back on the internet map so if you all could continue to give us reviews on our google page and Yelp it would be much appreciated. Also, I would love to see all of you update your bio’s on the site so there can be familiar faces for everyone.

1.) Every minute on the minute until failure 25 Double Unders 1 Snatch
Start at 50% 1RM adding 10lb each minute until failure.
Note: Double Unders should not take you any longer than 30 seconds so scale accordingly.
Also, if your snatch max is under 100lbs, only add 5lbs each minute. 
2.) Cooler
7 rounds
20m Plate Carry , males carry 3-35lb bumpers females 3-25lb bumpers 
3 Box Jumps 36/30″
1 Clean & Jerk, heavy 
Note: carry plates in front of body, record load and time
*3.) Front Squat 70/2×3, 75/2×3, 80/2×3, 85/2×2
Front Squat based off of 1RM Clean & Jerk
*4.) 50 Chest to Bar Pull-ups for time
