Does it smell like Mobility in here?

Tonight Joe Woldt from Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine will be giving a presentation on shoulder management and pre-hab.
Join Joe Woldt, a board certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy, as he talks about managing your shoulders and ways to stay healthy. Joe will focus on:
-Mobility
-Pre-hab exercises
-Shoulder management for a CrossFit athlete
-Demonstrations
The presentation is open to all CrossFit Green Bay members.
Date: Thursday, February 9,2017
Time: 6:00pm (approx. 45 min)
Location: CrossFit Green Bay

There will be no 6:15pm class. We will be having the 6:15 WOD at the conclusion of the presentation. Gym will be closing up as soon as the class ends Pauly and Laura!

So let me get this straight. On Ramp is at 7:15. The 6:15 class is moved to after the Shoulder clinic which will run until approx 7. Then after the clinic we will have the class that was originally scheduled for 6:15. It will run at the same time as On Ramp. So when the class is over On Ramp will also be ending which means that the gym will be closed.

5 Deficit Strict Handstand Push-ups
5 Toes to Bar
note: scale with non deficit
15 minutes Shoulder/Thoracic Mobility
10 minute AMRAP
10 Hip Extension
10 GH Raise
20m Handstand Walk
15 minutes Glute/Piriformis Smash/Quad Smash
note: use lacrosse ball against wall for the Piriformis Smash
99 Medicine Ball Wall Sit-ups, 20/14lb
note: touch wall with med ball, over left shoulder, center, over right shoulder and repeat
Smash Lats, Calves, Traps and everything else that ails you.

2 rounds of 3" deficit strict HSPUs. 8 rounds of regular strict HSPUs. Rounds 8 & 9 I only got 4, but the other rounds, all 5.
10 min AMRAP - started with HSW, 3 full rounds + (1) 20m HSW. All HSW UB. Lost to Sam S. in a 20m HSW race lol / First time doing the medball wall sit-up complex. Great shoulder management presentation prior to class!
