I bet that snack pack is pretty good huh?

Our annual Memorial Day Murph workout will be open to the public in a rolling schedule on Monday with start times anytime between 8am-Noon.
No one will be allowed to start after 12pm.
Come in, get warmed up and start whenever you’re ready!

Metcon:
4 Rounds
100 Unbroken Double Unders (5 Burpee penalty for each trip, scale total number or do single unders so you don’t murder someone)
3 Deadlift @85%
15 Chest to Bar Pullups
30 GHD Situps

Accessory Work:
10 min EMOM
Odd: 12/9 Cal Ski Erg
Even: 10** Strict Handstand Pushups
**Make sure the SHSPU are unbroken and a set you can consistently hit each round, so if you can’t hit big sets scale the number down appropriately

Mobility:
3 min forearm smash each
2-3 min smash traps/midback
