10 Bar Muscle Ups 
15 Box Jump 30/24″ 
5 Muscle Ups

5 Strict Muscle Ups 
Run 800m 

*2.) Row Session 
Warm up and cool down 10 minutes each 
Row 2 x 3000m row 1st @ 24 s/m and @ 26 s/m for the second. rest 6 minutes between sets 

*3.) 10 x 10m Yoke Carry, add load each round 

4.) 50 GHD Sit-ups 
note: goal is 50 unbroken. go as far as you can unbroken and finish as close to UB as possible. Keep record of how many you get through and each time you do your 50 try to break your PR.
