DAYS PAST

So while I was gone to Basic Training Theresa sent me a ton of pictures of the gym, Betsy sending me pictures of our life at home and Tom’s shirtless bearded selfies I was able to look at those pictures and temporarily be home in my head. Those pictures kept my sanity when it was at its wits end. Anyways, there were a few pictures that I vividly recall what I thought when I first pulled them out of the envelope and had that first glance. One of them was a picture of a cancer benefit for Jamie’s mom. Lots of members of CFGB were in the picture all doing burpees and I thought damn, I wish I was there for that. Jamie asked me a few days ago if it was ok if she did it at open gym and that memory jumped right back in my head. So happy birthday Sharon we will celebrate your day together with your workout. On a plus side I can also now say I righted a wrong and did this workout. As soon as the WOD is over go right to the back squats since we all know how much Jamie loves squatting! 

Oh one more thing we have an opportunity to host the Jon North Attitude camp in late January. It’s probably around $200 a person. If you are interested shoot me a message asap. It will be so cool. Everyone that loves slamming bars is welcome no matter what gym you go to or where you live. Let me know people.
