*5.) Clean Pull 80/3, 85/3×2, 90/3, 95/3
*6.) Squat 75/5, 85/5, 95/4, 100/2, 105/2, 110/2
*7.) Rowing Session
10 minute warm up and cool down
Row 3 x 2000m at a stroke rate of 22 the first 1k and 24 the second 1k, 4 minutes rest between sets
