I would like to give a shout out to Green Bay Barbell. Josie, Jared, Isle, Kim, Jim, Sal, Tyler, Alex, Anna, Larry, Bud, Justin, Charlie and Tom went down to Milwaukee for the Brew City Open. I got the honor of watching and help Ty coach on day two of the meet. I must say I was impressed, beyond impressed. From the lifting to Kim and Larry giving their entire day to help Milwaukee Barbell judge. To the friends that came down to support our athletes, thank you! You guys and gals are class acts. I’m pretty sure that GBB won the Team Trophy too! I will get a list of the places and lifts for you all to see tomorrow. Nice job Ty and Bud, it is tough work coaching that many people and then going out and lifting yourselves is pretty impressive. Congrats Green Bay Barbell.
1.) C4 with a 1.5/1 pood Kettlebell
50 Kettlebell Goblet Squats 
40 Overhead Kettlebell Lunge (20 each leg)
30 Kettlebell Swings
20 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatches, alternating arms
10 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups, alternating arms
Note: if you do not get your KB Snatch down replace with dumbbell
*2.) Snatch 60/2, 70/2, 75/2×2, 80/2, 85/1×2
*3.) Power Clean 65/3, 70/3, 75/2×2, 80/2, 85/1×2
*4.) Clean Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/3
5.) Squat 75/5, 85/4, 95/3, 100/1

6.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
