Tipped Over

Well I hope you all had a great day yesterday. Our schedule is back to normal until New Years Eve next Thursday. We will be having morning classes and then closed for the afternoon. At 12pm New Years Eve we will also be doing the Beer Mile or the doughnut mile for those under the age of 21. Stay tuned for details. The 2015 Ice Bowl Champ and 2015 North Central Regional qualifier Lindsay Siolka is in town today visiting her family. She was planning on doing her programming all by her lonesome but I asked her to send me her days programming and we’ll join her. 
Free class at 8:15am Open to anyone in the area that wants to work off a few of those cookies. Regular classes at 9:15am and 10:15am. If you are a CrossFit athlete in town visiting family please feel free to drop in, no call necessary.
