Sweating Bullets

Just when you thought the week was just getting started it’s already Wednesday. Days just keep on flying by and with each passing week time has reared its ugly head whispering in our ears “I don’t care if you’ve accomplished all you’ve wanted to do or not, I’m just going to keep on going.” Time doesn’t wait and neither should you.

Extra credit:
1.) 15 min AMRAP

10 Super Slow Back Extensions
8 GH Raises
2.) Snatch 5 x 3 @ High Hang
3.) Front Squat 5 x 5 @ 75%, every 90 sec.
4.) Tabata Burpee Bar Muscle-ups, 8 rounds.
5.) Row 1K for time
