Extra credit:
1.) Row 500m for time
2.) Push Jerk 5 x 5, start @ approx 60% adding load each round
3.) 3 x ME Handstand Push-up, rest as needed
4.) 10 minute AMRAP
20 Hollow Rocks (back and forth = 1)
30 sec Plank
10 Strict Toes to Bar
30 sec Plank
5.) Row 500m for time
