LuRong Championship Complex

If you are not doing LuRong, and are trying to keep up with the squat cycle, I suggest taking today off from lifting and just do a full hour of mobility instead. 
If you’re doing LuRong and trying to keep up with the squat cycle, do a full hour of mobility, take an ice bath, and then rub Icy Hot/Deep Blue/Tiger Balm all over your body. Avoid the groin. 
I'm doing Lurong... I'm so screwed 😂😂😂 stairs are proving difficult.
