Open Workout 16.2

Well since it starts next week might as well take a test run. Team CrossFit Green Bay will be registered by tomorrow evening. If you are interested in a little competition for a short 5 weeks get signed up and see where you stack up!

Scaled: Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of: 25 hanging knee raises 50 single-unders 15 squat cleans, 95 / 55 lb. If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 hanging knee raises 50 single-unders 13 squat cleans, 115 / 75 lb. If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 hanging knee raises 50 single-unders 11 squat cleans, 135 / 95 lb. If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 hanging knee raises 50 single-unders 9 squat cleans, 155 / 115 lb. If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to: 25 hanging knee raises 50 single-unders 7 squat cleans, 185 / 135 lb.

Last time I did this scaled I couldn't finish the 135. Kinda wanna redo scaled just to see the progress I've made.

1.) Open Workout 16.2
(Upon failure of a round in a 4 minute segment continue on finishing the reps of the round and then repeat as an AMRAP until 20 minutes have expired.)
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
  25 toes-to-bars
  50 double-unders
  7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.
Stop at 20 minutes.
2.) Pressing Snatch Balance 3-3-3-3-3
Heaving Snatch Balance 2-2-2-2-2
Snatch Balance 1-1-1-1-1
3.) 4 Rounds 
25 Hollow Rocks 
5 Strict Muscle Ups
Note: if your toes stay pointed and there is no bend in the knees you may kip. 
4.) 5 Rounds
10 Dumbbell Bent Over Rows, add load each round
10 Chin Ups

Made it through round 4 at 12:00. Couldn't clean 135 dropped to 125. Lots better than last time, only made it through 2 cleans at 115 previously.
