Big 3

Lift some weight this morning and kick some ass in the afternoon with Mike Luberda our favorite crime fighter teaching us the finer point of SPEAR Self Defense. Class will go from noon to 4pm. Walk ins welcome 30 bucks! No team WOD.

1.) 50 Back Squat 185/135lb
note: hold for ten seconds before starting reps. Movement to be zero pause top and bottom  Once you pause rest for a minimum of ten sec. 
2.) 50 Strict Press 115/85lb
3.) 50 Deadlift 225/155lb
note: hold the bar for 10 seconds prior to starting sets. Movement to be touch-n-go only resting in top position
Note: scale weight as necessary. It should be moderately heavy.
