The WOD today is courtesy of Outlaw Camp at River North.

1.) Take 7 min to establish a 1rm Front Squat, then 2 reps every 30 seconds for 7 min @ 75% of your 1rm
2.) WOD (box height is same for men & women) – Progress as far as possible in 12 min
