Well done to all who made it through Murph

1.) 1 Clean & Jerk every 30 seconds for 4 minutes @75% of 1RM. Rest for 1 minute and add 20lb to your barbell. At the 6 minute mark complete AMRAP in 90 seconds of ME Clean & Jer
