WOD 121001

Today we are officially starting our testing phase. Got our record board back up and ready to be filled in with your PR’s. If you miss a lift or test please make sure you talk to me so we can make it up. Also, the WOD is the Lurong Challenge performance 1 WOD. If you are unable to get in you can make it up anytime during the week.

Men’s Scaled- 100 Singles, Max Burpees in 5 minutes

Women’s Scaled- 100 Singles, Max Burpees in 5 minute

I received 2 whammys from the judge and wasn't allowed to count it at 125#. I filed an official protest.
