WOD 140206

If you never give up you will never fail due to a lack of perseverance.

1.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 Snatch (65)
Touch and go, NO PAUSE
2.) WOD
AMRAP in 12 minutes.
5 UB Wallball Shots 20/14lb
10 UB Wallball Shots
15 UB Wallball Shots
20…
25….
30…..
35………….
Must set the Wallball down and restart after each level. Any pause will be failure of set. Once failure has been reached do 5 burpees and start over with 5
3.) 7 min. alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock & Superman
Holds if unable to rock
4.) 5 x 25 UB Double Unders, rest as needed
Cap at 7 minutes
5.) Split Jerk from blocks 5 x 2, Heavier than 140203
Drop to blocks after 1st rep and immediately reset, rest 90 sec.
