WOD 140225

On Ramp starts next Monday. You know you want to do it, so do it. Don't take my word for it, come by any time and speak to one of my athletes and they'll set you straight about CFGB. Like I said, you know you want to:)

15 Toes to Bar
5 MU’s
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Shoulder Press 5 x 3
5.) Overhead Squat 3 x 10 Unbroken (No pause on top)
6.) Back Extension 5 x 5
7.) GH Raise, perfect No bounce, add weight when you are told by a coach that you look like an angel doing GH raises.
