WOD 140227

This is your warm-up and work-out as well as mobility WOD. Tonight we see the first WOD of the 2014 CrossFit Games Open and I'm a little bit on edge. Please take me with a grain of salt the next 5 weeks I'm going to be a little riled up but since I'm going to be yelling at you all with a little more intensity anyways you really should just sign up for the Open. Do you wanna prove you're better than your friend, spouse or your score last year? Sign up and prove it. Get your name on that board and see where you stand, competition is good for the soul no matter what they say. There is nothing wrong with wanting to kick ass once in a while so here's your chance. We will be doing the WOD on Friday all day and then repeating at 3pm every Sunday. The Sunday WOD is the most intense thing you will ever be a part of. What are you waiting for?

If your posture and mid-line are your first priorities you will succeed at this sport of CrossFit but without them failure is imminent.

With a 60 minute running clocks:
:00-:10 Run 100m/20 Lunges/20 squat
:10-:20 Partner Leg Mobilty
:20-:30 Row 100m/20 Double Unders/10 Barbell Snatch 45/35/15/PVC, just make them beatiful.
:30-:40 Partner Shoulder Mobility
:40-:50 10 Burpees/10 Barbell Clean & Jerk/10 Box Jump
:50-1:00 Partner Rear Chain Mobility
