Gym is closed all weekend so if you want to workout get in today!
There are still a few spots open for the Mobility Cert. on Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend you invest in this if you are a coach or just an athlete that wants to review the owners manual of your body!

1.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 Back Squats @ 80%
2.) WOD
Full Isabel
30 Snatches 135/95lb
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Push Jerk 5 x 5
5.) 3 x ME Handstand Push-up
6.) Row 500m for time
