Spearow

I am just going to be honest with you all.  3 position Snatch on Monday and 3 position Clean & Jerk Tuesday brought a tear to my eye.  Not the sad kind of tears but the holy buckets these guys are good kinda tears.  Well done and keep up the good work.  Seriously, I’m not kidding around you are all impressive.  From our games athletes to our newest members you are definitely understanding the fact that it’s all in the details.  Well done CrossFit Green Bay.
