On Ramp begins next Monday.  Come and competitive exercise with us! Ha.  Seriously though you want to kick life life in the tail, shed some fat, build some strength, endurance and throw some barbells around then CFGB is the place for you.  Don’t be shy, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join.
