Derek and Rick are coming to CFGB for 2 days of learning the MANY aspects of Kettlebell work.  Learn SO much more about how useful this strength tool can be AND improve your TGU, learn how to KB Snatch WITHOUT bruising your wrists and understand why T is so picky about your KB Swing.

2.) 3 rounds
25 Push-ups
20 Toes to Bar
15 HSPU
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock
4.) Overhead Squat 3 x 10 Unbroken (No pause on top)
5.) 3 Rounds
10 Back Extension
10 GH Raise, perfect No bounce
10 GHD Sit-ups

Work = mass * acceleration * distance. Justin mass is less (in hspu) Alex distance is greater in both. Just sayin. Also add your times and you still beat me. Just sayin.
