1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 5 Deadlift work up to 70-85% 1RM  
note: do not add load once you begin
2.) Oh Balls
3 rounds
20 Handstand Pushups
50 Wallballs 20/14lb
*3.) EMOM for 20 minutes 1 Snatch @ 70%
*4.) 50 GHD Sit-ups for time
