On a positive note it is Friday. Weekend is here, again. Ever really sit back and look at how fast Friday actually comes every week? Weeks fly and that old clock never stops. The days and nights all turn in to a blur and before you know it you are back to where you started. If there is one piece of advice I’m going to you all is to make sure you take a moment each week to reflect on the previous days blur in order not to repeat the bad and to build off the good in the coming days. Take a few hours alone and hang out with yourself. Go over the bad and go over the good. Correct yourself or at least acknowledge the bad and be proud of the good. We are always trying to impress everyone around us but the truth is until you are impressed with yourself you’ll always be chasing approval from others. Get to know you and be proud of yourself, like seriously pat yourself on the ass and say good job you deserve it. Slowing time physically isn’t going to happen but we can control our own time. Make good use of it and the past moments will slowly start to become more clear and substantial to your future.
