Storm Cell

A goal is something I feel we need in our lives at all times. I also feel we put all of our eggs in to one basket when setting our goals. Generally the only goals I hear about are body related goals and those goals are sometimes pretty time consuming goals. I say we try setting 1 goal each Sunday afternoon or Monday morning and spend 1 week trying to attain that goal. Then pick another goal let’s say dropping 30 pounds of fat off yo body and make that your 6 month goal. Finally pick that big goal, like being able to complete your first muscle up, handstand walk or hit that 500 pound back squat and make that your 1 year goal. You can feel free to choose your own goals as those were just examples but the point is you can set weekly goals that keep you feeling accomplished upon reaching them as well as having your long term focus on the 6 and 12 month goal. I’d say that is a great way to keep those goals balanced and continue on your mission to be “good at everything.” I think my failed “eat clean or die” board would be a great spot to record our short, mid and long term goals. I will have that up and running in the next day or two!
