Well now we all know what we need to work on after yesterday. Overhead mobility is vital to a long and happy CrossFit life. 
Have a great Tuesday.
1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 1 Snatch->3 Overhead Squats
Note: full snatch equals 1 OHS
2.) Bristol
14 minute AMRAP
Run 200m
20 Deadlift 135/95lb
30 Push-ups
*3.) 15 Clean & Jerks starting @ 60% 1RM working up to heavy single
*4.) 3 rounds
20 Hip Extension
5 Box Jumps 42/36”

Deadlifts RX, push-ups a mix of regular and knee. I'll be honest, I went slow to avoid running more. 😝 Snatch/OHS 55/65/70/70/75/85 (snatched 85 twice, couldn't get 2nd OHS)
