Bruiser

Our friends at Macco’s Floor Covering Center will be in starting this morning to redo our back bathroom. It’s going to be a little loud in the gym the next few days due to the tile being cut so I apologize for the noise but it’s going to be worth it when it’s complete.
Just a reminder with the logs you will be using today, don’t drop them.

1.) Every 90 seconds for 6 rounds 3 Overhead Squats, add load each round
note: from racks 
2.) Bruiser 
7 rounds
100m Log Run
8 Log Clean & Jerk
*3.)  Clean from blocks at hang position
5 @ 60%, 65% 70%
3 @ 75%, 80%
2 @ 85%
*4.) 5 x 40m Sled Push, men start with 25lb plate and add a 25lb each round women use 15lb plates
note: rest 2 minutes between rounds
