Rice Pudding

Grant you love rice pudding. I can see you sitting at night eating it and posting. Ha

1.) Every 90 seconds for 7 rounds:
1 Hang Clean & 2 Split Jerks, add load each round unless your jerk is yucky. Then just stay there until you unyuck yourself. 
2.) Rice Pudding
3 rounds, 7 minute cap
20m Broad Jump, longest jump possible not a race unless you’re jumping correctly
20 Box Step Ups 24/20″, full extension, you may step up and jump off extending your hips in the air. 
10 Box Jumps 30/24″
Rest 3 minutes 
Then in 7 minutes attempt 
5 Snatch to attain session 1RM
*3.) 3 x 10 Reverse Hyper
100m Yolk Carry
3 x 10 Reverse Hyper
*4.) 20 Tri-pod to Handstand Push-up
Note: kip up or strict with wall or without. Must maintain a tri-pod position before attempting a HSPU. If you cannot, attempt 20 solid tri-pods.
