Endless Tunnel

I created an event on the site for the 21 Day Pre-Christmas Challenge. This is my first time setting this kinda thing up so there is a spot for your T-shirt size, don’t worry about that. We have 5 or 6 journals at the gym if anyone is interested. They are 20 bucks and are pretty awesome with tons of good info for nutrition. They are available on the front desk by the whiteboard. If you’d like to purchase one just put the cash in an envelope then into the cash box on top of the water cooler. T is bringing a tape to the gym tomorrow morning and we need measurements around your waist at your belly button and 2″ below your belly button. 1.) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes 10 unbroken zero pause Back Squat, add load each round
2.) Endless Tunnel
Three 3 minute rounds with 2 minute rest between rounds
25 Thrusters 95/65lb
Max Effort Bar Facing Burpees
note: record burpees for each round
*3.) EMOM for 20 minutes 1 Clean & Jerk @ 70%
