ADAMBROWN

When ever someone thanks me for serving our country I always respond with “thank you for being an American” They usually look at me oddly and go about their day. Now don’t get me wrong we love your appreciation and your words I just have another step to truly thanking our vets today. Don’t just thank a vet by verbally thanking them thank them by being a good American. A good American is honest, cares about others, is hard working and most importantly stands up what is right. A good American doesn’t do things for themselves they do them because it makes a better America. A good American builds their character and morals through their own eyes and experiences not created by words of others. A good American loves everyone in their bubble and welcomes anyone that wants into the bubble with open arms. I am lucky enough to be around great Americans every time I step in the doors at CFGB. You are good people and through you I grow as an American and my mission is to help you all grow as well. #MERICAGAINZ

It's pretty simple when the bench is open go use it regardless of where it is on the order. Get it done and move on to the next exercise
