1.) Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes 3 position Clean (HH,H,F) 1 Jerk, pause for 5 seconds at high hang & hang and touch and go from floor. add load each round
2.) Despicable 
8 minute AMRAP
10 Wallballs
20 Double Unders
*3.) 5 sets
1 Strict Press->3 Push Press->5 Jerk
note: complete complex without setting the bar down, add load each round
*4.) 7 minute AMRAP
50 GHD Sit-ups
50 Push-ups
